Randomness

In between poses and such with Paul and Katrina...I had to find something to amuse myself.

Rachel...who deserves all the credit for setting up all the shots for both tries at engagement pictures for Paul and Katrina. I just had to point and shoot.

Rachel's friend, Sabrina, visiting all the way from Germany!!

MCC -- Blankets of Peace

MCC has created a website entitled Blankets of Peace to track "the stories of people whose lives are connected by eight blankets." One of my photos from the shipping port at Aqaba is in the photo gallery for "seeds of hope." It is interesting to see the impact that something as simple as a blanket can have.

Ethan

Today I ran into my friend Ethan, who is planning to spend a couple months this summer working at Pura Vida Missions in Costa Rica. I am really excited that he is doing this, and I know it is going to be a wonderful experience for him as well as all of the people he and Pura Vida will minister to. Here are a few from sitting and catch up with him, as well as one for a photo id to send along with his application.

I think one of the things I appreciate most about Ethan is his honesty. He is the same person in front of the lens, he doesn't try to change who he is. That is a challenge to me...to be who I am...to be honest....thanks Ethan!

Paul & Katrina I

We took some pictures for invitations and save-the-date cards, unfortunately it was a cloudy and a bit on the dark side that evening...so we are going to have a second go at it. With that said, I was so glad to have Rachel their providing excellent inspiration and ideas for posing as well as setting. Well done Rachel, wonderful job!!
